okay so Ave went with her best friend Callie for a ride with Callies mom and dad the other day and when they brought her home they were laughing so hard. They had the hardest time getting the story out but once they did we were all laughing hysterically!! Ave and Callie were in the backseat together and were loooking out the window in total silence when all of a sudden Callie got a serious look on her face and said "Ave we don't say damn it."
Ave - "I wasn't going to say damn it."
Callie- "well good cause you aren't supposed to say damn it.
Ave- I know cause damn it is a bad word.
Callie- yeah damn it is a bad word so don't say damn it.
Ave- okay I won't say damn it but I wasn't even saying damn it anyway!!
who do I let my kids hang out with anyway:) but I just thought that was a dang funny story. Kids will say the darndest things!!

Wow! That is a goodie! One of my students has a problem with saying that phrase....it's really hard not to laugh. Ya so when are you coming up?
